Challenge: Clients were experiencing high customer service volume and low conversion rates due to difficulties finding specific products using the existing search functionality. This was primarily because many customers knew the model number of the product they wanted but couldn’t locate it easily.

Solution: Our team developed and implemented a custom model number search feature specifically for the client’s Shopify store. This feature allows customers to enter the exact model number of a product in the search bar and be directed to the product page instantly.
